Update 1.4.1

Reworked the player combat system and fixed some bugs. The following updates include the following:

- Fixed minor bugs

- Improved player controls and ship movement

- Fixed bug with game not pausing. Escape key now pauses the game.

- Increased the boost speed (25 -> 30)

The weapon upgrade is currently disabled until future updates.

The next update I am planning to either improve the enemy AI, or add up minor features (ship repairing, shield recharging). Haven't decided yet.
