Update 0.3.0 [New Map, New Vehicle, Optimization]

Update 0.3.0

Major update, added new map, a new vehicle, bug fixes and some optimizations! This update includes the following:

- New Vehicle (truck with cannon) 

- New City map

- UI improvements

- New City map comes with some extra optimization test features

- Fixed UI pause bug

- Fixed sound overlapping bug

- Optimized .zip download

Hello everyone! I have been in the mood in working on my destruction simulator game I made. Decided to work on something fast and destructive, and a funny truck with a cannon looked great. Also worked on a new map. A cool city map with some minor optimizations, on my PC, the city map was smoother than the village. 

Planning to make the city less empty by adding some NPC cars or something that moves.
